| Please respect our privacy. This is our home. You are more than welcome to stop by during scheduled hours and appointments. Do not just “drop by” We will not be available. We desire to always be a small, “hands on” facility. Our staff is limited because we choose very competent people who require more benefits than less qualified personnel. If we hire more personnel, we will have to increase our fees, something we do not wish to do. Please be patient with our return phone calls and e-mails. We choose to be with the dogs. When we are finished with our “guests” needs we will return e-mails and phone calls. Please see the “emergency” number above if you require immediate assistance. Please do not abuse this privilege.
