Your pet will receive his personality evaluation during your acceptance interview.
We require to meet your pet before his first stay and give you the opportunity to
meet us, see the facility and address any concerns or questions you may have.
Your pet should be people friendly and allow us to handle him in a gentle manner. He
is not required to be "dog friendly" but should not be overly aggressive when near
the fences. If your pet likes to play with others, he will have a blast playing with new
friends. Pet areas are divided and pets are allowed to interact with other pets with
compatible personalities.
Pet's are given plenty of outside playtime in very large, grass yards complete with
"baby pools" and toys. Elderly pets wander around and lounge in the sun together,
shy dogs are with shy dogs, tiny dogs play with friends their own size, while the big
rowdy guys tumble and chase others who enjoy the same.
We are never too busy for individual attention because we limit the number of guests
to 23. This limit is by choice and not restriction. Our staff is always attentive and

Example of your pet's daily schedule
6:30 AM - Everybody out to potty
7:00 AM to 10:00 PM - Out door playtime and exercise
10:00 am to noon - everyone back inside to cool down and relax
Noon - lunch time
2:00 pm - back out to potty and play
2:00 to 5:00 pm - staff interacts individually with the guests (training for those
scheduled, grooming and health inspections for all)
7:00 to 9:00 PM Guests scheduled will participate in group training classes
8:00 PM to 9 PM - everyone back out to play and socialize
9:00 to 10:30 pm - back inside
10:30 pm last walks and outdoor potty sessions
Fees:
$25.00 per night, $23.00 per night additional pet, $20.00 per night third pet (same
household) No additional fees for medications or attention. All pets are spoiled
equally.
Long term boarding rates: $25.00 per night- 1st 10 nights, $23.00 per night-next 10
nights, $20.00 per night-next 10 nights. (rates are consecutive nights)
No additional fees for medications, elderly or puppy care, extra walks etc. We
welcome pets who have "special" needs. All dogs are spoiled equally.

Scheduled visits, check in and out times are strictly observed to preserve our
private, exclusive atmosphere.
CHECK IN/OUT BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Gate will be locked at other times. A
$25.00 non scheduled pickup/drop off/visitation fee will be charged for off hour visits.
This is our home please respect our privacy.
Baths are free of charge for pets staying 3 or more nights.
This is just a bath, ears cleaned and a light blow dry. Pets may still be damp at time
of pick up. Nail Trim is $6.00 extra.

Baths are free if your dog is short coated or has a medium coat in VERY good
condition, without tangles and minimal shedding.
Medium to long coated dogs with tangles or excessive shedding will be charged an additional
$20.00 fee
Baths for dogs staying less than 3 nights: $15.00 fee includes: bath, nails trimmed,
light blow dry and ears cleaned. Pets may be slightly damp at time of pick-up.
Medium to long coated dogs with tangles or excessive shedding will be charged an additional
$20.00 fee. If you want "the works" please see below for mini grooms.
Mini grooms are available for $20.00 and include bath, complete comb/brush out,
removal of dead hair & hand drying, nail trim, ear cleaning, face/feet/hind quarters
trimmed. An additional 15.00 fee will be charged for dogs requiring mat/knot, excessive dead hair
(shedding) removal or dog's with extra thick coats (Collie, Chow etc.) This process is very time
consuming.
PROOF OF VACCINATIONS REQUIRED
It is recommended that he/she receive a Bordetella (Canine Cough) vaccination at least one month prior to
his stay. Intranasal vaccines are effective within 4 days and are 95% effective for 6 to 8 months. Injectable
vaccines are effective within 2 weeks and are approximately 70% effective for up to one year. Please ask
your Vet for current info concerning the effectiveness of this vaccine.
